The title Open the Fridge came about because whenever my son came into the house he would kick off his shoes leaving them in the hall and walk straight to the fridge, he'd open the door and stare at the contents and whats more he still does!

In the begining
The purpose of this blog is to give some of our family who now live abroad the oportunity to keep up to date with whats happening back home, a sort of a visual diary you might say?
